We have space for 3 cars in the driveway, and adjacent graveled area. 2 car street parking is allowed, but there can be no blocking of neighbors driveways or side walks. THERE IS NO GARAGE ACCESS 

A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $500 is charged on all guest stays.  

Yes, with the understanding that If you book our home, you are agreeing that you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK as there is no safety fence or gate around the pool and we do not have a life guard on duty. You must supervise your children at all times. A mandatory Swimming Pool Waiver & Release must be agreed to and signed BEFORE check in. 

There is an electronic keypad on the front door.  We will provide you with a personal code, the morning of check - in.  It is unique to you for the duration of your stay. The code will be activated at 4:00pm on the first day of your stay and will deactivate 15 min after checkout at 11:15am.  If there are any questions with the smart lock,  we can let you in remotely and work to get you a new code.  

***On occasion, depending on our bookings, we can and do offer early/late check ins/outs. It never hurts to ask if this is something that would help with your schedule. We try to be as accommodating as possible when our schedule allows.


We are not local to the area, but are available and are very responsive for any questions or concerns  you may have from 8am - 10:00pm. Any questions or concerns that happen after this timeframe, we will respond to first thing the following morning. 

We do have a variety of local contacts, and team of contractors that can help with emergencies that can assist you very quickly if needed during your stay. 

Open concept kitchen with ample cupboard space and large island. Juicer, cold brew maker, crockpot, blender, waffle iron, electric tea kettle, air fryer/toaster oven and so much more. We have a full spice drawer, and a comprehensive coffee bar to meet your creative caffeine needs!

Paradise Valley Pool House rests nicely in the shadow of Shadow Mountain Preserve.

Beautifully tranquil Pebbletec, solar heated pool with 2 grassy areas to play yard games, pool floaties and roast smores at the fire pit! A wonderful pool light for swimming at night. 

There are 2 ring cameras outside. One overlooking the driveway, and another in the backyard overlooking the back gate to the alley. 

We do allow guests to bring their families and we provide a pack n play, a high chair, children's tableware and sippy cups as well toys and games for children. However, we do have a private pool that does not have a safety fence or gate and no life guard on duty. A mandatory Swimming Pool Waiver & Release must be signed before check in.

Events and parties are on a case by case basis with prior authorization required. If allowed, it is understood that ALL HOUSE RULES must be adhered to and be approved prior to the event. NOISE COMPLAINTS will be fined the city rate of $2500.00 and if not resolved immediately, removal from the premises will occur.

Disabling any safety feature, carbon monoxide detector, fire alarm, Ring Cameras will result in immediate termination of stay and no refunds will be provided. 

No vaping, or smoking anything inside. Smoking of any kind is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY and cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly and respectfully. Any residual smell, or evidence of smoking or vaping inside will be charged a mandatory Ozone cleaning fee of $250.00

Unfortunately we have a 4" step down from the main living space to the dining room as well as a standard size, single step up to the pool and yard areas. This would be difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver around, although we are a rambler style. 

Very fast, reliable internet and WiFi service and 3 Large Smart TV's throughout the home and outside.

We purchased our Paradise Valley Highlands home as a home we would love to retire to when that time comes. Until that time, we would really like to share our beautiful home with families and groups that love to travel, soak up some sun and experience all the wonderful things and people that Arizona has to offer. We love to host and it shows. 

Very private backyard with solar heated pool and desert mountain views. Great,family neighborhood.
